Meditation is an incredibly enjoyable, healthy and inspiring way to achieve inner peace, and guided meditations are, quite simply, the easiest way to meditate. Deciding a set time, place and a routine for a mindfulness session can be difficult, which is why Big Buddha Yoga and Barre will dedicate “after-hours” to guided meditation sessions at 45 minute intervals.

When you sign up for a guided meditation, you will be greeted by a facilitator at our brand new meditation studio who will set you up with props to ensure total comfort and serenity. After you are settled in, the audio guided meditation will begin and your only task will be to achieve a state of deep inner stillness. Clear your mind of clutter and unwanted thoughts and fill it with vivid visualization experiences that effect positive personal changes.
